Anyone cooking for Thanksgiving yet?

Anyone cooking for Thanksgiving yet? What are you making? Here I have Delicata squash and butternut squash (2 different cuts) sliced and ready to assemble for winter squash gratin for tomorrow (https://goo.gl/h3FZ2m). Prepping cream sauce and rosemary, sage, and thyme, now.

   I’m baking all my pies and prepping for Waldorf Salad. Squash au gratin sounds really good. I’m baking a huge buttercup squash with the turkey tomorrow. Happy Turkey Day Bobbi Jo Woods :))
