At lunch yesterday, I had this whole plate (okay, it’s a little dessert plate) of pizza and more cucumber/tomato salad with feta. Can you guess how many carbs was in the whole meal? I’ll give you the ingredients:
1 8″ low carb flatbread as the pizza crust (53 g)
14 thin slices of regular pepperoni (not turkey, not low fat)
Sliced mushroom (12 g)
1 oz each, chopped cucumber, tomato, and onion
1/2 oz each, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, and regular crumbled feta cheese
(an ounce is about 28 grams)

Thanks! I am, too. These flatbreads are not very sustainable or “whole food” as I would like to be, I have yet to try the fathead pizza crust recipe (it’s an almond flour and cheese based dough–no grains)
10/10 would wrap all up in high carb tortilla

Can’t believe no one guessed. This WHOLE meal was 12 g carbs. 9 g for the pizza, 3 g for the salad.
