I’d like to try this. Only bought two of each stone fruit today, though (including nectarines).

Yum! Plums!

One of the left is the marbled variety pluot. Kind of sweet and tart at once.

Right side one is a typical red plum. They also had some black ones at the store today, but either none were ripe, or they were all bruised from squeezing.
