Some jars of olives in my fridge were nearly empty (ripe black, stuffed green Spanish, and purple Kalamata), so I combined them all with a few capers and diced feta into another jar with some olive oil with oregano, thyme, and crushed red pepper flakes, and had a nice snack the next day after letting it all marinate a bit.
