Round-up: Breakfasts have been the usual bacon and eggs. There were still two portions of the beef stew in the freezer, it thaws nicely. That was dinner almost two weeks ago. Salads have starred in dinners or lunches as usual; this past week being mostly beef taco salads. I got two NY strip steaks on sale last week, which were stupendous on my cast iron pan (nights have been way too muggy lately for manning the grill out back, which is literally beaten with sun at ideal grill time). Lastly, I enjoyed some fresh sliced zucchini with pork sausage and hot chili garlic sauce for dinner one night (Huy Fong Foods).
Beef. It’s what’s for dinner.
