Been a couple days.
Been a couple days… lost 9.2 lbs since my last week’s weigh-in (aka Weigh-in Wednesday” at the fitness forums), so since with the ups and downs, I’ve lost 26 pounds since starting keto June 1st! The last two weigh-ins, I actually gained a little both times, so I took extra care this week to buckle down and look at what I was doing. I upped my water to half my body weight (in ounces) and made it so my last meal was finished no later than ~7 p.m. Pic is just prep from lunch.

I can’t eat red meat or pork anymore without feeling really sick. I really need to start making light foods that are cheap.
