Bought a 2 lb. smoked turkey breast when it went on sale, shaved it with my mandolin and sealed up 4 packages of sliced meat for sandwiches…into the freezer they went. About $11 for the breast meat, whereas I pay about $10 per lb of shaved smoked turkey from the deli counter.
