Breakfast for lunch!
Breakfast for lunch! I cooked up a pound of Mexican chorizo made from local Minnesota pork this morning and mixed some of it with local eggs, some onions & peppers, and topped it all with Minnesota Creamery extra sharp cheddar, homemade salsa. I think next time I’ll slice out the amount of raw sausage I need for each serving and cook the eggs right in with the sausage.

Lulz. I can’t help it; I’m not a grease lover. I like my meat lean.
I have to love grease. Grease is making me lose weight. Carbohydrates make me increase insulin, and insulin + carbs makes me fat.
