Breakfast was a clementine (yay, more vitamin C!

Breakfast was a clementine (yay, more vitamin C!), a cup of low sodium V8 (more vitamin C!), and some oats with cinnamon, Stevia, and raw almonds. I would have preferred walnuts or pecans, but I made do. Yep, them’s some raggedy-cut orange slices 🙁  I need to sharpen mah knife after all the chopping last night.
