Bruce Shark, I was inspired by the siren song of your sassy marinara recipe the other day, and so for dinner tonight, I made a quick fresh tomato sauce (with SHROOMS, too!) and piled it atop of steamed julienne zucchini, with a ‘lil freshly grated Parmesan.

PS – Okay, okay, the zucchini and tomatoes were wilting and HAD to be eaten soon. But I WAS craving some marinara 😉
