Decided to get away from the craziness of work by getting up from my desk and going into the kitchen to do some baking. Made another batch of these Parmesan almond flour crackers (recipe here: https://goo.gl/MmNuDQ). They’re really good. Almost like a nutty Cheez-it, but better for me and way less expensive for how much a batch makes. Next up, “rye” crisp mini flatbreads, tomorrow.

    These are far better than those nasty Cheez-it brand crackers, I bet.

    Cheez-its taste horrible imo! I’d wager the box might have a better flavor!
