
Dessert the other night: I mixed some whole milk ricotta (about 1/2 cup) with 2 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa powder and a few drops of stevia, topped it with whipped cream and strawberries (macerated in a little erythritol). Strawberry season meant I was able to get a few pounds for about $2 each, and I froze most of them. They thaw nicely for pancake topping and other stuff.
