Dinner last night was the chili I made a few weeks back and froze (which thawed nicely!). I had it on top of some steamed riced cauliflower, topped with chopped pickled jalapenos and cheddar. I’ve made this no-bean, low carb chili twice now, with great results (recipe here: https://goo.gl/5lmvzC).
