Dinner was a salmon burger pan fried in virgin coconut oil with a little tamari/chili-garlic sauce glaze and topped with fresh scallions. On the side: baby bok choy stir-fry made with ginger, mushrooms and dark sesame oil (not pictured, but same idea as here: https://goo.gl/Vvpzeh)
