Dinner was pretty low-key, since I wasn’t very hungry (had a big breakfast and lunch was on the go). I roasted a pan of Brussels sprouts the other night, which made plenty of leftovers, so that’s what I ate this evening.

I love brussel sprouts, but I’m not a fan of roasting it. The smell kills me.
