Fast breakfast!

Fast breakfast! Popped a frozen egg muffin into the micro and then added it to a toasted multigrain English muffin with some hot sauce.

Lots to do today, no time to mess around with breakfast! Good thing I had these ready to go in the freezer (https://goo.gl/oFYb7b)
