Got in a few hours’ work, now it’s time for the first meal of the day. I’m usually am not hungry nowadays until almost noon, and I have my last meal no later than 7 p.m. so my body is in fasting mode for 16 hours at least, which is good for treating my insulin resistance (not to mention controlling grehlin, which is the hunger hormone), and keeps my weight loss going steady. Anyway, eggs & bacon or sausage is my typical breakfast, felt like some mushrooms today, so I sautéed some in butter. The crustless quiche today has bacon, shallot, and smoked gouda cheese, but it can vary. Recipe/method here: https://goo.gl/h7dYmC
