Got some Amish cheese today from OH. Looks gooooood. Half pound of grass-fed sharp cheddar, a pound each of Swiss and Parmesan. The cracker pack is also a pound, it has mild cheddar, Colby, marble, and Monterey Jack. I couldn’t believe I could find grass-fed cheese online traditional style farm cheeses all in one place, that ships in two days for cheap.
