Green & red cabbage, romaine lettuce, bok choy stems/leaves, shredded carrots, green onions, and leftover chunks of cooked chicken, all drizzled with a dressing I whipped up out of sesame oil, raw honey, ginger, some chili garlic sauce, and a splash of soy sauce (Kikkoman lower sodium),  tossed with sliced almonds. Better than the bagged Asian salads at the store.
