I cut up another avocado and had it with bacon and cheese again. I just didn’t feel like standing over the skillet with eggs today. It’s another open-window morning (we don’t get many of those) and I didn’t want to heat up the place/myself. Also, see leftover cold roast radishes, with some apple cider/bacon fat dressing. Yum!
