I had bacon this morning. This stuff from Wisconsin is super-delish. It’s not cured, and cut really thick…so it’s not nearly as salty or fatty as regular ol’ pleb bacon. One piece (suggested serving) is really enough, it’s that meaty.

    Oh wow! I like ham. I got this at Lunds through their online delivery.Wonder if they have their ham. My current fave ham is by Metro Deli of Chicago, it’s a very thin-sliced applewood-smoked and uncured ham.
