I love my little personal size skillet – it’s been my egg pan for breakfast almost every day the past few weeks. I season it with bacon fat after washing and it keeps it super-slick! Here’s a couple eggs with fresh diced tomatoes & jalapenos, chopped mushrooms, and scallions.
