I love to have a big batch of green beans made in advance, to whip out and zap in the micro to have alongside a burger, chop, or steak. I almost always make them with some rough chopped garlic and sauté them in butter, just ’til bright green and still crisp.

    Gigi Benkowsky I would love to! But they are not as good frozen and thawed! They get wet and soggy. The fridge does not add much extra moisture, though 🙂
