I was craving a burger and a salad so I made a burger salad. I just fried up a 1/4 lb 85% lean chuck patty in the skillet until it was almost no longer pink in the middle, cut up some lettuce & onion, added shredded cheddar and pickle slices, squirted in some mustard and ketchup (I’m out of mayo, or I’d have used some). Was delish.

    No, if you followed this collection, you’d know I still eat pizza.

    And I only started eating keto 2 1/2 years ago. So I ate regular pizza before.
