Italian sausage with cabbage cooked in a little Marsala-bacon fat-butter sauce, with paprika, ground rosemary, parsley, basil leaves, fennel seed, and a little tiny bit of onion. Cabbage still a bit crisp, though. I was in a bit of a hurry to get lunch over with, or I’d have let the go longer til the cabbage was silky.
