Italian-style Chicken Chili with Broccoli Rabe made in the crock pot overnight. Turned out gorgeous this morning, and I had a small bowl for breakfast 🙂 Thanks, G Hartman, for the recipe (http://goo.gl/kKi1DE). I modified it a bit–apple cider vinegar in place of balsamic, adding most of the rabe and parsley up front so it could cook a bit longer. I also threw in some fresh basil, and some fennel seeds, for a more pronounced Italian flavor.
