Last night, I browned smoked kielbasa in a bit of bacon fat with some butter-fried cabbage, tossed with parsley, red pepper flakes, whole grain mustard, garlic, onion, smoked paprika, and a splash of apple cider vinegar. A typical easy skillet dinner for me.
