Last night’s salmon burger was boring, so I fried it up in virgin coconut oil and then made pan sauce by combining chili garlic sauce (Huy Fong) with coconut aminos (low carb, soy/wheat-free alternative to soy sauce and it’s DELICIOUS) and adding that in with the pan juices and coconut oil, it was fantastic. Didn’t get a pic of the burger, but here’s the salad – romaine, tomatoes, bacon, sunflower seeds, and homemade dill pickle dressing (mayo/sour cream equal parts, dill relish & juice, whisked with avocado oil).
