Many much Bok choy. Imagine this pile, x4. Anyone need a roof thatched? Two bags ready for freezing. Vacuum seal failed on 2nd one. Making stir-fry with the rest, w/turkey, cabbage, mushrooms, scallions, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, allspice, and hot chilis, and big pot of brown rice. Two huge batches. Some will freeze, some will be lunches.
