Meat sauce is ready.

Meat sauce is ready. It was simmering just over two hours. I will use it on sauteed broccoli shreds, and spaghetti squash. I already ate dinner, so this was put away for future meals (though I tasted about half a serving). Spoon for proof of thickness, even though it’s quite juicy).
