Next up, sliced some regular ol’ mushrooms, and dug out some baby portabellas, which hadn’t been washed as of picture time. I bought all organic shrooms, and I don’t mind washing a bit of dirt off ’em. I noticed some ice crystals forming on a couple of the sliced ones, must have had the brown bag too far back in the fridge.
