Not as busy in the kitchen this week, like usual. Recipe book and client work have taken precedence over trying any new dishes. That will change this evening. Also, since weekends are when I usually do things like wash and cut greens, make bacon and do other prep for the week, it didn’t happen this past weekend, as I was helping my sis recuperate from surgery.
Pics: avocado w/homemade salsa with sausage (not pictured) for breakfast yesterday, green beans w/mushrooms, butter, and garlic, which I had with leftover cold steak, sliced thinly (that’s the best way to eat it if I ever have any leftover!)
