Not the prettiest pics, sorry. Center cut pork chop—which was huge (7 oz.), so I cut it in half before searing—with chili garlic glaze, on a bed of red pepper sauerkraut, and cream of cauliflower soup.

Last piece of the pumpkin pie I made for Christmas. I brought it home and stuck it in the freezer to save it for this weekend. REAL whipped cream on top that I just made myself. Happy new year, guys.
