Online Christmas gift shopping made me hungry. Thank goodness for broilers and cast iron skillets!  I was so hungry for this top sirloin that I almost forgot to get a pic. Naturally, there’s more juice on the plate now that I’ve stabbed it a few more times 🙂

   Yes it is. I cut it in half, so the shape is different on my plate, from what it looked like in the package
