Only needed salt & pepper, and butter. Naturally, I only served myself up three ounces…and of course, hacked off the end slice to get to the next one, across-the-grain cut for tender bites. Steamed buttered broccoli on the side, and that’s dinner done. No pics of the broccoli, duh. Just adore the meat.

    Wait, that’s not how I clean mine, not with steel wool and oven cleaner. It’s never that bad, I just wipe it out. Sometimes I’ll wash it in the sink with water and Dawn but I only use plastic scrubbies and that’s rare.
