Pan fried burger and baby bok choy again for lunch. Loving the Hereford ground chuck. This time, I steamed the bok choy right in the same pan with garlic, mushrooms, and tamari, and mixed a sauce of ginger, Huy Fong chili garlic paste and a little sugar-free brown sugar alternative (sukrinusa.com/sukrin-gold). I ate the burger on top of the mix of greens with the sauce on top. Heavenly.
