Need help finding your download? 

You should have been sent a confirmation email with a link to the download as well as a receipt email from PayPal. Both should have been sent to the email address you used in PayPal checkout.

Can’t find the email?

First, check your spam or junk folder of your email box.

Also, be sure to add bjw@ketolish.us to your contacts or whitelist.

If you still can’t find the download email, simply proceed to your “My Account” page and look there, under “Downloads”.
