Round-up from the week…
Not photogenic but tasty easy dinner of steamed broccoli and meatballs topped with marinara sauce & grated Parm. I cheated and used frozen beef meatballs and pre-made sauce and just heated it all in the micro. You could also do this with frozen broccoli or frozen cauliflower, now that it’s almost winter and the local produce are dwindling down.
The good D.O.P. Parmesan cheese was $6.99 a lb on flash sale at Byerly’s Tuesday, so I snatched a couple wedges.
Last of the good local green beans quick-steamed and then stir-fried with lots of butter, hunks of garlic and diced mushrooms.
Weekday breakfasts were the hurry-up and eat kind, since I had calls almost every morning, so yep…paper plate, IDC. Mushroom & Swiss crustless quiche, fried Cherrywood smoked Kentucky ham.

Yes, the meatballs are a bit geometric-looking, because I cut them into quarters…the kind I got were huge.
Those green beans look amazeballs. I want them in my belly now!
Thanks.
I seem to make them regularly
