Sage. Even though I got the fresh stuff, I took the cheater’s route…you’ll see why in a bit. Also, I wanna save the leaves for some chicken in a few days. I like to buy the herb “mixes” like this one (“Chicken Soup Mix” at my local store) since I think it’s silly to pay $3 per plastic tray of each herb when I only need a sprig here or a leaf there.
