Simmered a whole chicken today, reserved the wing and rib meat for chicken salad spread, and cubed the rest for a triple batch of chicken veggie soup w/3 cloves garlic, 6 carrots, 3 ribs celery, some peppercorns, and marjoram, savory, sage, parsley, rosemary, and thyme. I then split it into two pots and added wild rice, sherry, and cream to one. My places smells fucking amazing since this afternoon.
