Slow-cooked a 3 lb pork shoulder roast this past week…been eating it shredded with chiles, garlic, cheese, salsa – no tostada or beans needed.
#notprettybutprettytasty (I also made two kinds of sugar-free bbq sauce, one mustard-style, one tomato-based).
