So busy today!
So busy today! Desk breakfast. What did you have? I like to make a small pot (about three or four 1-cup servings) of steel-cut oats to have ready throughout the week for breakfasts. I did this on Sunday. Today I had some with cinnamon and half an apple (well, it didn’t all fit) but I put the apple and cinnamon in before heating it in the micro and it’s all soft, spiced, and sweet…and avocado toast on the side.
