Sunday, I made more cabbage rolls to go into the crock pot. I put them all in the freezer to have on hand for lunches and dinners because cabbage and beef were on sale and I had 3 heads 🙂
This time, I took the advice of a few posters who commented last time to steam/parboil the cabbage so as to peel/roll it much more easily. It worked great 🙂
