Sweet-hot broccoli salad

This cured my cravings for crunchy, salty-sweet, and fatty 🙂 Hope you like it.

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 TB honey

1 TB sriracha sauce

1 small jalapeño, diced finely

1 crown broccoli, chopped (florets)

1 small onion, diced

1/4 cup roasted shelled peanuts or pumpkin seeds

2 TB raisins or chopped dates

Mix the first four ingredients in a large bowl, then add the chopped broccoli, onion, nuts, and raisins. Cover and chill at least 1 hour before serving. Tastes good next day, too.
