All sugar-free, grain/wheat-free, and low carb.
I’m also going to try to make soft tortillas, but probably not this week. I am finding myself having issues with even the small amount of wheat in the low carb FlatOut wraps and lavash breads I use for pizza bases, crackers, and sandwiches, so I spent awhile exploring recipes for this. I’ll be trying a coconut flour and egg white version, and a psyllium and coconut flour version. I’m also curious to see how these work and whether investing in a tortilla press would be good, once I try them.

Note: Since the biscuits will be made using oat fiber (which is not part of the actual groat), I’m being careful saying ‘grain-free’. I’m not sure this is technically correct.
