Thursdays are backup days at work. Back up client files, databases, websites, etc. Good thing I had hot bulk ground sausage already made. Threw some with a whisked egg into a mug w/tomatoes & cheddar. Avo mashed in its own shell w/hot salt, on the side.
To make your own: take your fave seasoned salt and add 1/4 to equal parts (depending on your heat preference) of ground cayenne pepper, and shake to mix them together.
