Time to get the broth and barley in…

I put a quart of store-bought broth, plus the 2 cups of the shiitake stem broth, and about another cupful of water all in the pot, with about 4 TB dry sherry (drinking kind, not cooking kind–which is too salty), and stirred in the barley. Yeah, the package of Swanson’s says low sodium but it’s still 470 mg per cup, which is more than I care for.
