Chuck burger with mushrooms & provolone, collard greens with bacon & hot sauce (done in the pressure cooker with chicken stock, a little garlic, onion. Plus, a splash of apple cider vinegar mixed with 1/2 cup of finely diced tomatoes, which gives the greens a nice flavor without sugar).
