Took the herb-y chicken soup out of the freezer to thaw this weekend so I could enjoy it before its time was up. I made a big pot of it back in January and I’m glad I had it thawed. Today was a little chilly and busy at work, so this warmed me up. I added some finely chopped cauliflower to the pot while simmering for some extra veggies + texture. Sort of ate like chicken & rice soup.
