
What are you making today? An abundance of greens crowds my counters at the moment, waiting to be turned into tasty things. Here’s carrot tops that I’m going to spare a couple stems to add to salads and substitute for parsley in a couple dishes, and the rest is going in a pesto with some garlic, EVOO, Parmesan, and walnuts. A bunch of spinach trimmed of its stems being washed in the basin, and a head of romaine is washed and sitting in the spinner waiting for me to wrap it up.
